CA Bayonet Connectors

ITT Cannon’s CA Bayonet connectors are a highly versatile and reliable interconnect series featuring a proven reverse bayonet coupling design that delivers outstanding vibration resistance. Built to VG95234 specifications, these connectors are ideal for demanding applications in heavy and off-road vehicles, defense systems, rail transport, and industrial environments. The extensive commercial portfolio offers nearly 140 layout configurations (1 to 65 contacts), a broad selection of backshells and accessories, and a variety of RoHS-compliant plating options, including VG-approved “J” plating (A241) and ITT Cannon’s proprietary Blue Generation plating. Designed for harsh conditions, CA Bayonet connectors provide IP67, IP68, and IP69K environmental sealing for dependable performance.

KP SERIES

Originally developed for demanding military applications, today ITT Cannon’s KP connectors deliver an ultra-rugged, extremely versatile, and fully proven signal solution for multiple critical industrial applications. From the high-performance KPSE, with crimp contacts and a clip in retention system for fast and simple assembly, to KPT with pre-installed and glued solder contacts and the cost-optimized KPTC which features both crimp and solder contacts, the KP range can meet the widest range of requirements.

All three product lines have specific characteristics and provide a set of unique variants, however, all lines are fully intermateable with each other as well as any other connector series designed to MIL-DTL 26482 Series I or VG95328 standards.
