Stable self-clinching threaded bolts for metal sheets

Stable self-clinching threaded bolts for metal sheets

The PEM* self-clinching studs FH/FHS/FHA are quick and easy to install and guarantee a secure and flush locking in metal sheets. The press-in stud is inserted into the appropriate hole and squeezed together with any standard press. The head of the stud is thus embedded in the sheet metal and the press-in stud is locked securely and flush. PEM self-clinching studs are available in three versions depending on the application.
The FH model is suitable for use in steel or aluminum sheets with a maximum hardness of HRB (Rockwell B) 80 and HB (Brinell hardness) 150. Model FHS is recommended for use in steel or aluminum sheets with a hardness of HRB (Rockwell B) 70 and HB (Brinell hardness) 125 or less. The FHA model is ideal for aluminum sheets with a maximum hardness of HRB (Rockwell B) 50 and HB (Brinell hardness) 82. Heilind Electronics has all three-model types of PEM press-fit threaded studs in different designs in stock for you.
